Carson, CA – On August 19, 2025, at the Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles (PECLA), Melissa Wahe, founder of Carmacare California, was honored with the prestigious SHEro Award during the launch of the Southern California Chapter of Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA).

The SHEro Award recognizes women who are making a powerful impact in motorsports and beyond—leading with vision, breaking barriers, and inspiring others. Wahe was recognized for her pioneering work in creating Carmacare California, a community-driven initiative dedicated to empowering and supporting motorsports enthusiasts through education, resources, and advocacy.
